The Space

Valentina Suites are newly remodeled 1 bedroom apartments. There is a beautiful rooftop deck where you can eat, drink, take some sun or relax with your friends. There is a wading pool on the rooftop, it is very shallow, only 40cm or 16 inches deep.

This 1 bedroom has 2 individual size beds and a sofa bed, a little smaller than a queen size. See below for all amenities.  The condo and building were just remodeled, everything inside is brand new. The building has several common spaces, including the rooftop.  You can enjoy the sun or sit under the shade and have a drink with or meet new friends!

Guest Interaction:

There is a reception desk at Valentina Suites, open during business hours. We live in town and can help with anything you need. We also offer transportation from the airport, tours, and bike rentals at an additional cost

Check-in Procedure:

Check in is 24 hours, after 3pm on your first day of rental. You will have a code and let yourself into your condo as soon as you arrive.

The neighborhood:

We love the neighborhood, as it is safe and easy but not touristy. It is an easy walk to the beach and 5th Ave. Close to Paseo del Carmen, the international shopping & restaurant plaza on the south end of 5th Avenue, next to the Cozumel Pier.

Getting around:

From this location, everything you need is within walking or biking distance. Taxis are also easy to get from this central location.

Building Rules:

• • Quite time is between 10pm – 9am. Please no smoking inside, and treat the unit as if it were your own.
  • Please turn OFF air conditioning when you are not in the unit, they cool down quickly and electricity is extremely expensive in playa.
  • We include 20 kw of electricity per night, which is plenty to use all night while sleeping and during the day when you are home, with all windows closed. Extra usage will be charged at $0.35 usd per kw. Most guests who follow these rules never see extra charges.
