PLEASE NOTE that our neighbors are currently undergoing construction from 8am to 6pm daily, leading to potential noise disturbances at times during the day. Some days are noisier than others, and some with no noise at all. There is no noise at night. We have significantly reduced our rates, to mitigate any inconvenience.

Our guests have been happy with their stay, taking advantage of our low pricing and being so close to the beach!

Casita 3 has a full kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals and snacks, giving them the flexibility and convenience to dine in whenever they like. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and serve meals, from pots and pans to utensils and dishes.

Additionally, guests will find a microwave, toaster oven, mini-fridge where they can keep drinks and snacks, and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee to help kick start the day.

The room also has air conditioning, and features Starlink Wi-Fi, strong enough to stream or participate in video calls.

**NOTE**

**Electricity and  phone service can be inconsistent on the island.  It is common at times, for the electricity and phone service to go out for periods of time. Typically it returns the same day.

**When it rains in Holbox, there may be puddles in the street and mosquitoes throughout the island. We suggest to bring light, long sleeve clothing and mosquito repellent.

**Please do not feed the animals or disrupt them, we are occupying their space, so please be respectful at all times, and they will give you the same respect 🙂

VERY IMPORTANT:  Holbox island has rustic services, as it is a small island. Sometimes the electricity goes out on the island, or cell service is lost for a period of time.  Often it returns quickly, however we have no control over these types of services. There are no refunds for outages.

NEIGHBORHOOD:  We are located in the mid-way point between the center of town and Punta Cocos.  You can walk on the beach to the center of town in 15 minutes, same to Punta Cocos.  There is a store just one block away, as well as several restaurants and beach clubs.

The beach is literally 30 seconds away, just a short block.  We share the corner with 2 other hotels, that have pools (one is on the roof), beach chairs, bar and restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
