This private and secure unit has 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, has 2 Smart TVs, 3 balconies, as well as a private rooftop. The large balcony faces the courtyard, full of beautiful foliage and the swimming pool. Private and secure, this unit is only a 2 block walk to the famous 5th Ave.

The largest balcony is located off the living room and overlooks the courtyard and pool. The private rooftop is accessed from the unit’s spiral staircase, equipped with lounge chairs, electricity, and is partially covered offering a bit of shade if desired.

The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything you need to cook a great meal. The dining room is equipped with a table to accommodate 4 people, with an additional table for 4 outside on the balcony, connected to the dining room.

The Neighborhood:

Gaviotas condo building is close to everything! One block to a fresh market, big grocery store, restaurants and stores.  Three blocks to Quinta Avenida (5th Ave), and 5 short blocks to the beach!

IMPORTANT NOTE Regarding Jacuzzi:

The private rooftop jacuzzi’s is not a hot tub, it is fills with temperate water. Please leave the tub filled during your stay after the first filling.

House Rules:

Please treat the unit as if it were your own. Be thoughtful and respectful of other guests and condo owners in the Gaviotas complex. Quiet time is between 9pm and 9am. No parties.

ELECTRICITY:

NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RENTERS:
***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Included in the rate is a credit of 25 kWh (kilowatt Hours) per day towards the cost of electricity. OUR GOAL IS NOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY, but for you to be cautious and aware. For heavy use of electricity, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 30 cents USD) per kWh, from your security deposit. We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. ***

MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity, to take advantage of our “discounted monthly” pricing, 6 pesos per kw. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200 security deposit is due in cash upon arrival to the condo, and returned upon checkout, less any additional electricity fees or damages.
