My wife and I stayed at La Vista in Playa Del Carmen last fall through Las Flores properties the contact person was Agustin Flores.

We made all arrangements through email and telephone with minimal ease. The condo is very spacious ,clean and modern. It has everything you would need like you have at home. It is very close to all amenities and extremely quiet based on the location. The roof top pool was wonderfully quiet, with spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets. The convenience of key pad security made us feel very comfortable, the elevator and underground parking was an added bonus.

You will be very happy with you choice as we have rented from Agustin on more than one occasion and are renting from him again early next year  . We have traveled to Mexico on numerous occasions throughout the past 10 years and have done the all inclusive resorts , but with Agustin making the transition to renting we feel as if it is our 2nd home and would never do it any other way. We had the pleasure of meeting Agustin last year and again he was very accommodating of our personal needs

This was my first visit to Playa del Carmen, Mexico and I enjoyed the experience immensely. 
La Vista’s rooms are really spacious, very comfortable and very clean. The Pool was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs with a beautiful beach view.  There is a small fitness room off the pool area for those that want a fitness workout.  The grounds were beautifully maintained.  You will not be disappointed with the condo.
I also enjoyed the short walk to beach. EVERYONE we encountered in town was friendly and went out of their way to answer questions, give tips on local stuff, guided us to places and just seemed to want us to enjoy our visit.
I would highly recommend this condo and I have no doubt I will return to this condo in the future.

It is Tuesday December 11/07 and we are all back home in Edmonton, Alberta,Canada safe and sound. We went from +28 to -20 celcius so quite a temperature change.
It was a pleasure doing business with you and we enjoyed our stay in your apartment. It is a nice unit and suited our requirements for 2 couples very well. The complex is well designed with security and pools in the centre courtyard. We would recommend it to anyone. Thanks.

Meridian 303 was our home for 6 months.  The condo was everything expected - comfortable, clean and well furnished.  Location is perfect - easy walk along 5th Avenue to restaurants, shops, downtown, local grocery stores and of course the best beach in Playa.  We would recommend this to anyone.

We spent a lovely week in playa del Carmen this past December. The location of the condo was perfect, only a block from the beach and the fabulous 5th Ave.
My family and I had a wonderful experiencing the night life of the city as well as staying in, cooking dinner and relaxing.
I would like recommend renting your condo, because it offers the perfect blend of a beach vacation and the atmosphere comforts that you would find in your own home.
We absolutely loved our stay there and we would like to come back soon.

We have returned from la Vista #3 after a beautiful week of sun and fun.The condo is excellent for location.It is very spacious.Just a moments walk to 5th Ave.We even seemed to have the roof top pool and jacuzzi to ourselves everytime.This place is very quiet and relaxing and the condo has eveything you will need.

We can't wait to go to las Gavitos in January! Renting from Agustine...you "will not" be dissapointed.We have done the all-inclusives alot...but..no more hotels for us!This was more than we could imagine.Thank you Augustine..see you soon!!

We just returned from the most marvelous vacation at Meridian PH 303, the condo has everything you need and more, extremely comfortable, very spacious, great amenities, excellent location, luxury, etc., we really enjoyed Playa del Carmen, great dining and night life, awesome beaches and the best attractions in the Maya Riviera within a few miles. Thanks so much for the part you played in our anniversary get-away. The apartment at 301 Gaviotas was PERFECT. We found it to be very clean and so spacious. The balconies provided us a good setting for breakfasts and visits in the evening. The swimming pool/lounge area was so relaxing and beautifully landscaped. Location was also a plus - close to the beach, 5th Avenue, grocery store, pastry shop and, best of all, El Fogon!

After a couple of emails back and fourth with Agustin, my family and I decided to rent from Argentina. Due to the obvious obstacle in distance we had to make all the arrangements via email, and I am happy to say it was a breeze. Exactly as the condo was featured on the website, we found it. It was fully equipped, brand new and had all the comforts of home. The location is ideal since it so near Mamita’s beach, and the view from the balcony is spectacular. The stay was truly a joy and we will certainly be back.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful home. Absolutely everything we could possibly require. Great location, a short walk to town and the beach. House is immaculate and the maid service is great. We'd recommend it to families or couples looking for a great vacation spot. This Villa surpassed all my expectations; it was phenomenal! I just returned from a ten-day vacation and I absolutely loved the accommodations. The Villa was immaculate and had all the necessary amenities and security to feel right at home. Moreover, the Villa is centrally located to all the popular tours, beaches, golf courses, restaurants, night life, and shopping in the Mayan Riviera. I have been to Cancun and Playa several times and have always stayed at hotels, never again. I definitely recommend it; it’s a five star place.

We stayed at this villa in early April of '06 for a week. It was wonderful! Even nicer than the pictures show. The villa is very spacious, clean and has all the comforts of home. It is located close to downtown and the lovely beach. There were 5 of us and we never felt crowded probably because each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool was very nice too and it usually felt like our own private area. The only drawback to our vacation was that the shops were kind of expensive (relative to other cities in Mexico), probably because they have so many cruiseship customers coming through, keeping prices high.
