Meridian is an open-air complex with modern, located 1.5 blocks from the sophisticated northern end of Playa del Carmen’s famed 5th Avenue, renowned for it’s great restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the private rooftop terrace with a 4 person jacuzzi tub (the water is not hot), private outdoor shower, wet bar and electricity (for music &/or a blender). From the terrace you have access to the rooftop swimming pool overlooking the ocean.  Just one block from Coco beach, less than 3 minutes walking.

The condo has 3 air conditioners and is laid out on one level with stairs to the rooftop terrace. The floor plan was designed for comfort and entertaining. The full kitchen opening to the dining room and the living room and onto a terrace. The apartment has a washer/dryer in the condo, two well-appointed bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 double beds).

IMPORTANT NOTE Regarding Jacuzzi:

The private rooftop jacuzzi’s is not a hot tub, it is fills with temperate water. Please leave the tub filled during your stay after the first filling.

House Rules:

Please treat the unit as if it were your own. Be thoughtful and respectful of other guests and condo owners in the complex.

ELECTRICITY:

NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RENTERS:
**Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Included in the rate is a credit of 25 kWh (kilowatt Hours) per day towards the cost of electricity. OUR GOAL IS NOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY, but for you to be cautious and aware. For heavy use of electricity, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 30 cents USD) per kWh, from your security deposit. We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. **

MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity, to take advantage of our “discounted monthly” pricing, 6 pesos per kw. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200 security deposit is due in cash upon arrival to the condo, and returned upon checkout, less any additional electricity fees or damages.
