Gaviotas 309 is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment (1 king, 2 twins) and is located on Avenue 20 and Calle 20.  It has a private rooftop, washer and dryer, full kitchen, balcony off the living room and a Smart TV. Private and secure, this unit is only a few blocks from the beach and famous 5th ave!

The private rooftop has a Jacuzzi tub (temperate water), electricity as well as a table and chairs.  The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and dishes to make a great meal.  In the bedroom there is a safe, hair dryer and iron.  There is a large swimming pool in the courtyard.

The neighborhood is safe and central.  You can walk almost anywhere in Playa from this location.  It is surrounded by great restaurants and a grocery store only half a block away.

The private rooftop jacuzzi’s is not a hot tub, it is fills with temperate water. Please leave the tub filled during your stay after the first filling.

House Rules:

Please treat the unit as if it were your own. Be thoughtful and respectful of other guests and condo owners in the complex.

Please do not leave the AC on if you are not in the unit, electricity is very expensive*. Keeping curtains closed while out, will help keep the unit cool.

ELECTRICITY:

NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RENTERS:
**Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Included in the rate is a credit of 25 kWh (kilowatt Hours) per day towards the cost of electricity. OUR GOAL IS NOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY, but for you to be cautious and aware. For heavy use of electricity, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 30 cents USD) per kWh, from your security deposit. We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. **

MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity, to take advantage of our “discounted monthly” pricing, 6 pesos per kw. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200 security deposit is due in cash upon arrival to the condo, and returned upon checkout, less any additional electricity fees or damages.
