This well-appointed, split-level condo in has a private rooftop, with a bar and a sink for entertaining. Suited with a full kitchen, all of the necessities, a comfortable living room and a space for dining. Only a few blocks to the beach and walking distance to everything.

This centrally located condo is located just one level below the pool, on the 4th floor. There are two large bedrooms, one on each floor. Both with comfortable king-sized beds, TV and a bathroom connected to each room. The upstairs suite is connected to the private rooftop space.

Th The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils to cook any meal you wish.

Important note regarding the mini pool: It is not a hot tub, the water is room temperature and there are no jets.

The neighborhood: 

This unit is located on a quiet street, central to everything you will need while visiting Playa del Carmen, and all within walking distance. Only 5 blocks from the beautiful sandy beaches, 3 blocks to the famous 5th ave, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and grocery stores.

There are two grocery stores nearby, Mega and DAC. Mega (regular grocery store) is located on Constituyentes and 30th (one block away). DAC, know for carrying unusual ingredients, fresh vegetables, fruits and some basic necessities is located on 30 Avenida and Calle 20 (St).

House Rules:

Please treat the unit as if it were your own. Be thoughtful and respectful of other guests and condo owners in the complex. No smoking in the condos.

ELECTRICITY:

NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RENTERS:
**Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Included in the rate is a credit of 25 kWh (kilowatt Hours) per day towards the cost of electricity. OUR GOAL IS NOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY, but for you to be cautious and aware. For heavy use of electricity, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 30 cents USD) per kWh, from your security deposit. We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. **

MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity, to take advantage of our “discounted monthly” pricing, 6 pesos per kw. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200 security deposit is due in cash upon arrival to the condo, and returned upon checkout, less any additional electricity fees or damages.
